Casa Toloc
Casa Toloc is a three bedroom, three bath colonial house with pool and live-in care taker. Toloc means Iguana in Mayan and the house is named after
"Bob" the iguana who lives on the property.
This beautiful newly constructed home combines the formality of the interior with the outdoor splendors of the Caribbean Sea with four large outdoor terraces and barbecue.
The house is just 2 blocks from the beach, only a few minutes walk. The owners provide beach chairs and umbrellas. We are sorry but this house is not suitable for children.
Playacar is a wonderful gated beach community that affords visitors easy access to lively entertainment, shopping and dining on Avenida Quinta; Ferries to Cozumel; snorkeling/diving; bike riding; Mayan ruins to explore; horseback riding; eco-adventures plus many more wonderful adventures.
Note this house is very popular, reservations must be made in advance.
