Hotel Hana-Maui

"We had a wonderful vacation! We fell in love with Hana. We were celebrating our anniversary, and were pleasantly surprised to find out the resort upgraded us to a cottage over looking the ocean. It was heaven. We wish we would have spent more time in Hana... All of your suggestions were wonderful and so helpful. We loved both Islands for different reasons! Maui for the the lava fields, awesome beaches, and of course, Hana. Kauai for the green lushness. We spent many days exploring the north shore of Kauai. The helicoptor tour of the Na Pali coast took our breathe away, awesome! Loved the canyon, we spent a day there and then took your suggestion and caught the awesome sunset at the end of the day. We had beautiful weather, it would only rain at night or first thing in the morning, perfect! We spent a lot of time at Homoa beach, and went on a bunch of cool hikes and of course saw many many waterfalls. I got your postcard, thanks so much for thinking of us, we had a great time. "Hi Joyce, Just received the beautiful basket today. you are way too nice. Thank you so much . We will enjoy it the rest of the summer. I think we are all depressed to be home. Hawaii was fantastic. the trip was perfectly planned,you did an incredible job. We all thought the Hana maui was the most amazing place.I never wanted to leave.We upgraded to a two bed room and had a view of the water.The breakfast vouchers were a treat.The breakfast was the best of the whole trip. Everything was so nice at the Hana Maui.What a special place.We did do the hike up to the waterfall through the bamboo forest. It was so amazing that it spoiled it for all the waterfalls to come. I don't know how I would have been able to plan a trip like this without you.It would have been a very different trip You had amazing insight into what we wanted.We really saw a variety of hawaii and stayed at so many different types of accomodation that most people never get to experience.We were so lucky to find you on line.I can't thank you enough for our incredible trip. "Hi Paula I have been meaning to email you since our return from our Honeymoon in Hawaii. Well my friend, I can't thank you enough for truly creating a spectacular vacation for us. I could literally go on and on first about the beauty of Hawaii and secondly about the ease of air flights, car rentals,and accommodations. You did a great job. There are a few things I would like to mention specifically as they bear speaking of. First Hana Maui was everything and more you promised. We just can't think of a better place to have begun our new life together. It is without a doubt an experience we will never forget. It is not only beautiful but the service was outstanding - and the spa - OH MY GOSH I must say beginning or ending each day with a Eucalyptus steam followed by a cold plunge and Jacuzzi overlooking the ocean was exceptional. And the fact that it was all included was a real bonus. We did manage a couples massage which was heavenly as well. so thank you for INSISTING we begin there. Oh and the "road to Hana" is absolutely amazing and world renowned, we are so glad we experienced it. When we checked into Maui Hill condos, we kind of, sort of had an ocean view, if we peeked around a few palm trees. I called and asked about it as it was mentioned in our reservation. The clerk said we could check every day to see if something opened up and we said it didn't matter, as once we unpacked and got settled would not want to move -we were just checking. We went down to our car to bring our suitcases up and by the time we got back there were 2 messages on our phone at the condo, a message on my cell phone and a message at our home phone from the General Manager. When I called him back he apologized and said there was a unit opening tomorrow that had a beautiful ocean view and pool view and assured us we would be much happier in - then insisted on collecting our luggage and all food we had purchased and moving it for us, so there was no inconvenience on our part. Paula that went way beyond simple good service - we were very impressed and just wanted you to know. The condos were spotless and the development sensational, we would definitely stay there again. Everything else was wonderful and we just wanted to express our heart felt gratitude for all the work you did to create an unforgettable honeymoon for us.
