Crystal Cruise Line - Crystal Harmony
At Crystal Cruises, luxury is clearly defined. Through their uncompromising focus on service, choice, and guest satisfaction, Crystal Cruises has redefined the category. As a result, Crystal has become the benchmark against which guests judge not only all other cruise lines, but all luxury vacation experiences. And it is this commitment to quality which has led readers of Condé Nast Traveler and Travel + Leisure magazines to name Crystal Cruises "World's Best Large Ship Cruise Line" in their annual readers' polls for the past seven and eight years, respectively.
From the moment you step on board, you will experience Crystal Cruises' dedication to
making your cruise perfect. Six-star Commitment means each instant must be memorable, every detail sublime. From the grand designs of the ships to the right vintage wine, a turned-down bed, or even a simple smile, singular attention is paid to every detail of your cruise. At Crystal Cruises, six-star quality means more than awards and accolades; it means the constant pursuit of a single goal: to create the best, then make it better. Crystal Cruises does not just aim to provide a fabulous vacation, they strive to create an experience that will enrich your life and provide memories to cherish forever.
Crystal Cruise Line's commitment to excellence and quality of experience does not end with our grown-up cruises. Kids have a variety of great activities to choose from on every Crystal cruise! Children's playroom and babysitting services are offered on all cruises. During holiday cruises and selected sailings, additional children's activities are offered under the supervision of experienced Junior Activities Directors.
The Junior Activities Program is Three-Tiered:
3-7 year olds
8-12 year olds
13-17 year olds
The newly-refurbished 50,000 ton, 940-guest Crystal Harmony received the highest ranking of 21 cruise ships in the "medium ships" category from Condé Nast Traveler magazine readers in the February 2002 issue. She also received the highest scores in her class for cuisine and events. Her onboard amenities include exquisitely appointed staterooms - over half with private verandahs - expansive decks, a Caesars Palace at Sea casino, a lavish spa, complete fitness facilities, paddle tennis, two pools, year round junior activities program in three age appropriate tiers, babysitting services, award-winning cuisine served in three separate and distinctive dinner restaurants. Some of the brightest names in wine and food join various Crystal cruises for our Wine & Food Festival in 2003, including Thomas Keller of the French Laundry in Napa Valley, Lee Heftner, executive chef of Spago in Los Angeles, culinary icons André Soltner and Jacques Pépin, wine experts like Valentino's Piero Selvaggio and Master Sommelier Jay James, and many others.
