Pacific Beaches
Along the Pacific Coast just outside Panama City a string of white sand beaches begin with amazing blue waters. Also on the Pacific is the stunning string of islands of the Archipelago Las Perlas which is only a 15 minute plane ride or a two hour ferry ride from Panama City. The Spanish settled here in the 16th century, finding thousands of pearls including the fabulous 400 year old Pelegrina pearl. Today, Archipelago offers its visitors gorgeous beaches, lush tropical vegetations, excellent fishing, snorkeling and diving.
